Picking the right equipment for you
Our approach is simple, we want to make sure we get it right for you. Whether you’re buying equipment for a dorm room, a penthouse apartment, a raised ranch or a 200-year-old colonial house, all we want is for you to be happy every time you listen to your tunes or watch your favorite movie.
Our showrooms are all designed to give you an opportunity to listen and view anything we sell in an environment as close to your home as possible. And by the way, we're not going to rush you. Feel free to bring a favorite movie or CD and listen to the whole thing. That’s why we have 10 demonstration rooms ready for your visit. To see a list of the brands we sell and stand behind, click on brands.
We are very competitive on price, but we are more than price. If you’ve got a question today, tomorrow, a year from now or five years from now, you’re going to get an answer from us with more than 60 years of experience behind it. Actually, we sort of like it when folks try and stump us. But fair warning, we’ve been in this business since recording on a roll of copper wire was state of the art.
There aren’t too many family businesses in the country doing what we do for as long as we have been doing it. And please remember that we are not like a lot of other electronics stores that would just as easily sell you a hair dryer, a camera or a washing machine. Many of those companies are there one year and gone the next.
We are specialists in the audio video field, and we are very happy doing just that.

Do you need help with installation?
Not everyone needs our help with home installation, but we're available if you do. We can come to your house, or you can come in to talk to us about your plans. We’ve done it all: jet aircraft, fancy city apartments, boats and yachts, family rooms, and yes, the odd man cave or two.
Need help with your gear?
Need a piece of your gear fixed? We can help with that. Bring us your sick amplifier, DVD player, turntable, etc. and our technician will get it fixed. We don’t mind if you bought it from us or not.
We ask for a deposit of $50 on all equipment out of warranty. We’ll analyze the problem and go ahead and fix it if parts and labor are less than $185 on typical equipment and $225 on more esoteric gear (most products are pretty straight forward, but occasionally some high-end electronics contain more expensive parts that make them costlier to repair). If there’s a big problem, and it looks like the technician’s labor and parts are going to cost more than that, we’ll give you a call with an estimate and ask what you would like us to do. If it’s too much and replacement is a better option, we’ll accept your deposit as our labor fee for diagnosis.
If we’ve installed product in your home and you're having problems, we’ll come out to you at our earliest opportunity to give you our diagnosis before we take it in to our repair shop.
Sound fair? We think so.
